"<a href="http://web-harvest.sourceforge.net/">Web Harvest</a> looks to be extremely powerful and flexible, and it's free, which is always nice. If you're able to write code in <a href="http://java.sun.com" title="Java (programming language)" rel="homepage" target="_blank" class="zem_slink">Java</a>, you may want to look at it pretty closely.
